GreenLovi brings together the people who want to go and clean up with the people who've already set the route. Sign up, turn up, take the bag home.
Almost everyone has thought about picking up the rubbish on a beach, and almost nobody does it alone. GreenLovi solves that part: it puts the outings that already exist on a map, with their time and meeting point, and lets you join with one tap. What isn't an app is what happens next: a group of strangers spending a morning together and ending up with four full bags and a coffee.
Search nearby, see who's going, sign up and, when it's over, log what you took out. Each outing's kilos add to the place's own total, so you can see whether a beach is getting better or not.
The map shows the outings for the coming weeks, with the place, the time and how many people are going.
We confirm the meeting point. Gloves, picker and bag come from whoever is organising.
A photo and the kilos. That's what turns a one-off morning into a series you can follow.
We designed it to survive a morning on the beach and to still be worth carrying afterwards. If you see one in the street, you know what it's about.
A minute of a real outing: the meeting point, the collecting, and what was in the sand.
Hotels and businesses that fund the app and organise outings with their guests and their teams. Each one has its own page and its mark.
You don't have to wait for the next outing. On the beach, in the hills, at home and travelling there are small moves that add up.
If there's a beach, a ravine or a trail that needs it, write to us and we'll organise it.
